Core Responsibilities of the role:

  • Supporting customer service team in answering and forwarding incoming phone calls to the relevant team members in an efficient and professional manner in times of greater calls’ influx.
  • Registering complaints, creating Cases (logs) and updating progress in the company’s CRM software.
  • Acknowledging and responding to various councils’, landlords and tenants’ complaints via email.
  • Adhering to company’s policies and procedures when interacting with customer.
  • Following up on customer calls to ensure that those customers are satisfied.
  • Escalating urgent and major customer issues with the Property Management team when the need arises.
  • Assisting Property Team with the basic daily tasks and required phone calls in order to arrange appointments.
  • Call landlords, agents, tenants, councils, contractors to resolve emergency, urgent and other issues, and update system.

Experience and Skills:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in BPO with UK-based clients will be preferred, however, not mandatory.
  • Any bachelors degree is acceptable.
  • Prior experience in customer support department.
  • Proficient with MS Office and Call Centre software programs.
  • Driven and result oriented.
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skill.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills.

Hours & Commitment:

This is a full-time position and selected candidates will be required to work according to UK timings – 9 am to 6 pm (UTC +1)

Compensation:

  • Depending on experience
  • Competitive salary with additional performance-based incentives

Note: Fresh graduates from renowned Universities and excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply, fair chance will be given to all. 2 weeks of mandatory training will be provided to all candidates to help them understand the business and processes.

While job is work from home, the candidate needs to be in Islamabad/Rawalpindi and has to come to the office for the company meeting once every week during the day. The candidate will also need to come to the office for the first two weeks during the training period.
